Processing Time

All orders are processed within 10 business days. Orders placed after 10 PM will be processed the next business day.

In cases of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within United States, Canada, United Kingdom, India, Dubai, Australia.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lakshya Jewel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Damaged Shipments

1. Lost Shipments:

  • Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package.
  • If deemed lost, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.

2. Damaged Shipments:

  • Report damage within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
  • We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package.
  • We’ll provide a replacement, refund, or store credit based on availability.
